Pp88 Terms & Conditions – Platform Usage Rules for Malaysia

1Acceptance of pp88 Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the relationship between pp88 ("we", "the platform") and every user who registers or accesses the pp88 platform ("you", "member"). This Agreement takes effect from the date you register an account or first use the pp88 platform, whichever is earlier.

Pp88 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to stay informed of the latest version. Your continued use of the pp88 platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2Eligibility & Registration Requirements

To register and use pp88's services, you must meet all of the following requirements without exception:

• Minimum age: You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. pp88 conducts age verification checks both randomly and systematically. If your account is confirmed to belong to an underage individual, it will be terminated immediately and all account balances will be forfeited.
• Geographic eligibility: You must be domiciled in or accessing the platform from a geographic region permitted by pp88. pp88 bears no responsibility should your use of the platform violate any applicable local laws.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Individuals who have been declared bankrupt or are currently under asset management proceedings are not permitted to register.
• Accurate information: All information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate, and current. Submitting false information is a serious violation of pp88's Terms & Conditions.
• One account only: Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account at pp88. Ownership of multiple accounts will result in all such accounts being terminated without compensation.

Pp88 reserves the right to request identity verification documents — such as a national ID, passport, or other documents — at any time for eligibility and compliance purposes.

3User Account & Security

You are solely responsible for the security of your pp88 account login credentials (username and password). pp88 shall not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence.

• Do not share your pp88 account password with anyone, including family members, friends, or individuals claiming to be pp88 representatives.
• Use a strong password — a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for an added layer of account protection.
• Notify pp88 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised activity on your account.
• Log out of your pp88 account after every session, especially when using a shared device.

Pp88 reserves the right to freeze or temporarily suspend an account if suspicious activity is detected, in order to protect the member's interests. You will be contacted via your registered email address or phone number to complete the verification process.

4Deposits, Withdrawals & Financial Transactions

All financial transactions on the pp88 platform — including deposits and withdrawals — must use payment methods listed and approved by pp88. Accepted payment methods are:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet – Processed instantly
• GrabPay – Processed instantly
• Boost eWallet – Processed instantly
• ShopeePay – Processed instantly
• DuitNow QR – Processed within 1 minute
• FPX (Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and other Malaysian banks) – Processed within 1–3 minutes

The minimum deposit into a pp88 account is RM20 per transaction. There is no maximum cap on deposits, subject to the limits of your chosen payment method. The minimum withdrawal is RM50 per transaction and processed in under 3 minutes after the request is submitted.

Pp88 does not charge any processing fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may impose their own charges, which are beyond pp88's control. Please refer to your payment provider's terms of service for further details.

5Bonuses, Promotions & Loyalty Programme

Pp88 offers members a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time. All bonus offers at pp88 are subject to specific terms stated alongside each offer, and should be read together with these general Terms & Conditions.

• Wagering requirement: All deposit bonuses at pp88 are subject to a wagering requirement of 20x to 40x the bonus amount, unless stated otherwise in the relevant bonus terms.
• Validity period: Each bonus has a stated validity period. Bonuses not used within the specified period will expire automatically.
• Bonus withdrawal limit: Winnings derived from bonuses are subject to the withdrawal limits stated in the relevant bonus terms.
• One bonus per individual: Each bonus may only be claimed once per individual, IP address, device, or household, unless stated otherwise.
• Cancellation rights: pp88 reserves the right to void any bonus where there is evidence of misuse, fraud, or a breach of terms.

The pp88 loyalty programme awards reward points for every wager placed. Points may be redeemed as cash credits or tournament tickets. Conversion rates and point values are subject to change at any time at pp88's sole discretion.

6Game & Betting Rules

All games available on the pp88 platform — including live casino, slots, poker, roulette, Sports Betting (Malaysia Super League, EPL, BWF badminton, and more) and e-sports — are subject to specific game rules stated in their respective sections.

• Game results verified by the pp88 system are final and cannot be disputed unless there is solid evidence of a technical failure.
• In the event of a technical failure, such as an internet disconnection during an active round, pp88 will resolve or void the round based on system records.
• Pp88 uses independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) software to ensure fairness across all digital games.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game type and table. Players are responsible for checking the bet limits before playing.
• Pp88 reserves the right to void or declare bets invalid in the event of a technical error, incorrect information, or exceptional circumstances that affect game outcomes.

7Prohibited Activities & Restrictions

The following are strictly prohibited on the pp88 platform and may result in immediate account termination, freezing of funds, and/or legal action:

• Duplicate accounts: Opening or using more than one pp88 account under the same or different names.
• Use of bots or automated software: Using any software, scripts, or automated tools to play, place bets, or interact with the pp88 platform.
• Collusion: Colluding secretly with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker or any other game on pp88.
• Money laundering: Using the pp88 platform for money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity.
• Exploitation of errors: Exploiting any technical errors, software bugs, or system inconsistencies on pp88 to gain unauthorised financial advantage.
• False information: Providing false information, impersonating another person, or engaging in deceptive conduct during the pp88 registration or identity verification process.

Pp88 employs a sophisticated fraud detection system and works with the relevant authorities when required.

8Account Termination & Suspension

Pp88 reserves the right to suspend, freeze, or terminate any member account at any time, with or without prior notice, if:

• There is evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud, misuse, or a breach of pp88's Terms & Conditions.
• The member fails to comply with an identity verification request within the stipulated timeframe.
• Account found to be held by an individual under 21 years of age.
• The member requests self-exclusion through pp88's responsible gambling programme.
• Pp88 is required to do so by law, court order, or a relevant authority.

Members may also request the closure of their own account at any time by contacting pp88 customer support. Any remaining balance (after deducting bonuses that have not met wagering requirements) will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

9pp88 Liability Limits

To the extent permitted by applicable Malaysian law, pp88 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss or damage arising from the use of or inability to use the pp88 platform, including losses due to technical failures, service disruptions, or planned or unplanned platform downtime.
• Financial losses incurred by members as a result of their own betting or gaming decisions.
• Unauthorised access to a member's account resulting from the member's own negligence in safeguarding their login credentials.
• Any third-party actions, including those of payment providers, financial institutions, or other parties beyond pp88's direct control.

Under no circumstances shall pp88's total liability for any claim exceed the amount you have deposited into the pp88 platform in the 30 days preceding the date the claim arose.

10pp88 Intellectual Property

All content, designs, logos, trademarks, software, source code, graphics, domain names, and other elements found on the pp88 platform are the exclusive property of pp88 or our licensors, and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are not permitted to copy, reproduce, publish, upload, transmit, distribute, or modify any pp88 content without explicit written consent from pp88. The use of pp88's logos or trademarks for commercial purposes without authorisation is strictly prohibited.

11Responsible Gambling at pp88

Pp88 is committed to responsible gaming. We believe entertainment can only be fully enjoyed when it takes place within healthy, controlled limits. pp88 provides a range of tools to help members manage their gaming activity:

• Deposit limit: Easily set your daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through your pp88 account settings.

12Terms Amendments, Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

Pp88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon being published on the pp88 platform. It is your responsibility as a member to review this page periodically.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms & Conditions, the use of the pp88 platform, or any member transaction shall first be referred for amicable resolution through pp88's customer support channels.

If an amicable resolution is not reached within 30 days, the dispute will be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the applicable arbitration rules. The arbitration decision is final and binding on both parties.
